The Traldars

The monstrous creature was terrifying. It’s leathery, bat-like wings had three, razor sharp talons, at the end of each. All three talons were the size of a large dog, and could crush a man with a single flick. The creature’s wings were powerful enough to rip through a thick tree. And that was just the beginning. At the creature’s feet, the claws could extend like a cat’s, and five times the length of one. The head of the evil figure had the muzzle of a wolf, with long fangs extending like that of a saber toothed tiger’s. It was truly a most terrible creation that many thought not fit for this world. If only the few men who lived to tell the tale knew why this sight seemed so ferocious. What had made the Traldars such angry creatures?
